Preparation Instructions
- Suspend 25 g of LB Broth powder in 1 liter of purified or distilled water.
- Mix thoroughly to dissolve the powder completely.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Allow the medium to cool before use.
- For selective culture, appropriate antibiotics can be added after sterilization.
