Preparation Instructions

• Suspend 25 g of LB Broth powder in 1 liter of purified or distilled water.
• Mix thoroughly to dissolve the powder completely.
• Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
• Allow the medium to cool before use.
• For selective culture, appropriate antibiotics can be added after sterilization.
