Preparation Instructions

• Suspend 30 g of Tryptic Soy Broth powderin 1 liter of distilled or purified water.
• Mix thoroughly until the medium dissolves completely.
• Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
• Cool the medium before inoculation.
