Preparation Instructions

• Suspend 28 g of Nutrient Agar powder in 1 liter of distilled or purified water.
• Heat with continuous stirring until the medium dissolves completely.
• Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
• Cool the medium to 45–50°C and pour into sterile petri dishes.
• Allow the agar to solidify before inoculation.
